Get Started with AR

Click the appropriate link to download the Vision Solutions AR app for your phone.

Important: When prompted, allow all permissions (such as Camera, Location, and Motion). These permissions are required for the AR experience to work correctly.

When the app is opened, a safety message will appear reminding you to stay aware of your surroundings while using AR.

We recommend stopping in a safe place while viewing the display rather than walking.

Tap “OK” to continue.

After tapping “OK,” you’ll see an icon prompting you to scan the area.

For the fastest and most accurate placement of AR content:

Point your phone’s camera at the most distinct architectural feature nearby (for example: a sign, doorway, column, unique wall detail, or building edge).

This helps the system quickly understand where you are and where to place the AR elements.

Once the system locates you, a round spinning icon will appear in the upper-left corner of the screen.

This means the display is loading.

When the spinning icon disappears, the experience is ready.

Slowly move your phone to look around the area.

You’ll begin to see AR elements appear in the space around you.

Floating signs and videos: Tap the sign/video to expand it and view it full-screen.

2D avatars and video screens: Center the item on your screen to start playing the message automatically.

Use the Photo/Video button at the bottom of the screen to capture images and clips that combine AR elements with the real world.

While in the display, tap the menu in the lower-right corner for additional information about the experience.
