Unfair Advantage Marketing was founded on a vision to elevate local businesses through superior marketing strategies. Rob Gallagher, the founder, started our journey by acquiring a neighborhood magazine in 2021 and later expanded our reach with Greet Unionville Chadds Ford in the fall of 2023. By the spring of 2024, we broadened our services to include a comprehensive array of digital solutions, leveraging Rob’s extensive background in marketing strategy to position our clients at the forefront of their industries. In 2025, we launched Greet Manheim Township and continue to expand our reach to benefit our clients.

While turning big-picture items into tangible tasks, Steve is on the ground networking in the community and prioritizing sales goals.
Jacquelynne Hess
Head of Sales
Jacquelynne leads our sales team with excellence, networking and educating businesses to maximize marketing strategies. She also leads our design team, keeping projects on task.

Alyssa is an expert graphic designer, specializing in website creation, SEO, and social media marketing. She is also the Editor for Greet Unionville Chadds, coordinating local and engaging content for the UCF community.
Sarah Goland

Sarah works directly with clients, designing and managing social media accounts and creating engaging content that strengthens their online presence. She is also an integral part of our events, supporting local communities.
Evie Bennett
Executive Assistant
Evie provides administrative support to our team, ensuring efficient office operations and facilitating effective communication within our organization. In addition, Evie oversees the smooth implementation of our community events.
